1. [Screen protection]

It takes effect from 0:00 on the date of product purchase. The validity period is calculated based on the natural year/month plus one day according to different product forms. (Each payment for the monthly payment version of the screen protection protection adds one month of validity, and a maximum of 12 installments can be paid. When applying for use, 12 installments must be paid in full.) It can only be used once. OPPO Find N2, OPPO Find N2 Flip, OPPO Find N3, and OPPO Find N3 Flip can enjoy one coverage each for the internal and external screens during the validity period of the screen breakage warranty. If the internal screen is replaced, OPPO Find N2 and OPPO Find N3 need to pay a service fee of 299 yuan, and OPPO Find N2 Flip and OPPO Find N3 Flip need to pay a service fee of 199 yuan.     2. [Extended Warranty]

      During the extended warranty period, if the terminal product host has a performance failure that is not caused by human damage and is tested by the company’s designated service outlet to meet the standards, the company will bear the maintenance costs incurred. It will take effect from 0:00 on the corresponding date of the year following the product purchase/electronic warranty card activation. The validity period is calculated based on the natural year/month plus one day according to different product forms. (When purchasing an extended warranty, if the electronic warranty card has been activated, the validity period will be calculated from the year following the activation of the warranty card)

      3. Battery Protection]

      During the battery warranty period, if the battery capacity becomes low or is otherwise damaged, you can replace the battery for free once it is tested by our company’s designated service outlet and meets the standards.
      One-year battery warranty: effective from 0:00 on the corresponding date in the year following product purchase, and expires at 24:00 on the corresponding date one year after the product is purchased. Limited to one use.
      Two-year battery warranty: effective from 0:00 on the date of product purchase, and expires at 24:00 on the corresponding day after two years. Limited to one use.

        [Battery Renewal] During the validity period of the battery renewal service, you can replace the battery once for free.           7. [Worry-free returns and exchanges]

            During the validity period of the worry-free return and exchange service, if the product host is in good condition or there is a hardware quality problem within the warranty, you can enjoy the no-reason return and exchange service.

            30-day worry-free return and exchange: effective from 0:00 on the 8th day after the order is placed, and expires at 24:00 on the 30th day. It can only be used once during the validity period. To use the worry-free return and exchange service, you need to ensure that the mobile phone has no human damage, the appearance is intact, and the screen and back cover do not have any scratches. At the same time, the host, accessories, warranty card, invoice, packaging, etc. must be intact and complete (activation scenarios are available); if there are accessories /Accessories/packaging is missing, the user needs to pay the price difference.             8. [Replace but not repair]

              If the equipment has hardware quality problems within the warranty period during the validity period of the rights, you can enjoy a replacement-but-not-repair service.

              180 days only replacement without repair: effective from 0:00 on the day the order is placed, and expires at 24:00 on the 180th day. It can only be used once during the validity period. To use the exchange-only, no-repair service, you need to ensure that the color box packaging materials (adapters, pins, data cables, warranty cards, etc.) and the host are in good condition and cannot be missing; the appearance of the mobile phone is not damaged by man-made damage, liquid intrusion, unauthorized disassembly, and there are no serious bumps. marks, dents, scratches, missing materials, and comply with OPPO’s official product return and warranty policy standards; if there are missing accessories/attachments/packaging, the user needs to pay the price difference.               Service product purchase channels and conditions

              You can purchase protection services with your new phone when purchasing terminal products at OPPO malls and OPPO experience stores, or repurchase protection services at OPPO experience stores, OPPO official website, OPPO service hotline, OPPO service centers, and other OPPO officially authorized channels.

              2.Conditions of purchase

              The company has the right to decide and adjust the list of terminal product models that support the purchase of warranty service products (for details, please check OPPO’s official website for warranty service adaptation models). The purchase of warranty service products for terminal products must meet the following conditions at the same time, and neither of them is required:

              2.1 Terminal product models currently support the purchase of warranty service products;

              2.2 The purchasing channel currently supports the purchase of warranty service products for the terminal product model you specify;

              2.3 When repurchasing protection service products, the purchase time of the terminal product/electronic warranty card activation time shall comply with the product purchase limit time of the purchase channel.

              [Extended Warranty] Purchase limit days: Within 365 days after the electronic warranty card is activated (calculated from 0:00 on the next day of activation)
              Purchase limit for other guarantee service products: The OPPO official customer service center supports repurchase within 30 days of activation of the electronic warranty card for end products, while other channels are limited to repurchase within 3 days of activation of the electronic warranty card for end products.

              2.4 The terminal product is in good condition, all functions are normal, and there is no accidental damage, no deformation caused by liquid intrusion, unselfish disassembly and repair, and no record of motherboard replacement, etc.

              2.5 The same terminal product does not support the repeated purchase of a certain guarantee service product, and the purchase of guarantee services with overlapping guarantee scopes is not supported.               3.Instructions for End Product Discontinuation Guarantee Service

              If the terminal product model has been discontinued for more than 240 days, the terminal product model does not support the purchase of any guarantee service products; within 240 days from the date of launch of the terminal product model to the discontinuation of production, the company has the right to adjust the guarantee service products supported by the terminal product.

              Service product suspension, refund, and change

              1. If the validity period of the guaranteed service specified in this service agreement or the number of uses has been reached, the guaranteed service will be terminated naturally.
              2. Except for the return of the terminal product, the guarantee services purchased at OPPO experience stores and OPPO official customer service centers do not support returns. For guarantee services purchased on the OPPO official website, OPPO official hotline, and OPPO mall, unused guarantee services support 7-day no-reason returns within 7 days of the order. (The screen breakage protection monthly payment version only supports a 7-day no-reason refund for the first order. If there is a renewal or top-up, refunds are not supported for the renewal top-up and the first order.) The order is more than 7 days old, except when the mobile phone is purchased through the original purchase channel. In addition to returning the phone, return of guaranteed services is not supported in other scenarios. After the guaranteed service is returned, the guarantee liability will naturally terminate.               3. The guarantee service you purchased for the terminal product is bound to the serial number of the machine. Except for the three-guarantee replacement scenario, the guarantee service of the machine cannot be transferred to other machines. When the terminal product is replaced, the new machine can inherit the remaining validity and available times of the warranty service purchased from the original machine.

                  Instructions for using service products

                  1. Damaged parts or products replaced with guaranteed service products belong to the company and will be recovered and disposed of by the company.
                  2. Maintenance personnel will test your terminal products. Terminal products that do not meet the warranty scope of the service product will be returned or you will need to pay for repairs. Failure repairs that exceed the warranty liability/guarantee limit will require paid repairs. When the warranty service product exceeds the validity period or has no available times, you need to pay for repairs.
                  3. If your terminal product still cannot be turned on due to the failure of other spare parts using the warranty service, you must first pay to repair the damaged spare parts that are not covered by the warranty before you can enjoy the warranty service.
                  4. If the terminal product is disassembled and repaired by a third party not authorized by the company or disassembled and repaired by itself, the guaranteed service product cannot be used.
                  5. The guarantee service does not cover the repair or replacement of any accessory failure beyond the scope of the guaranteed terminal product. Non-functional damage to the insured end product is not covered, including but not limited to scratches, scratches, etc.
                  6. After using the warranty service, please refer to the service policy for the remaining warranty period of the end product.

                  Disclaimer

                  The company is not responsible for compensation for losses, expenses and liabilities caused by the following reasons:

                  1. Administrative judicial acts or commercial acts; such as manufacturers issuing recalls, product design and production defects, quality problems exposed by the media, etc.;
